In 2015, Legacy Foods established Han Palace as a fine dining Chinese restaurant concept inspired by cuisine from Hong Kong and Guangdong. The management of Legacy Foods hired chefs directly from Hong Kong to craft Cantonese dishes synonymous with luxury dining.
Currently, Han Palace employs four expatriate chefs to oversee the cuisine and deliver international class service at its new venue Legacy Ballroom.
